We may process listing text/photos, safety reports and moderation records to detect abuse and enforce marketplace rules. Automated listing checks can use Google Cloud Vision for image-safety signals, labels and text recognition. This listing scanner does not send merchant or Captain identity documents to Vision.
Authorized staff may review reports and relevant evidence. Reporter identities are not disclosed to sellers. Blocking prevents new messages in both directions; it does not erase prior conversations or cancel existing orders. Safety evidence may need to be retained for investigations or legal obligations and is not erased by an ordinary listing removal.
