Please read these terms carefully before using our platform.
Marketplace safety & prohibited products

These rules apply to listings, photos, profiles, reviews and messages, and to customers, merchants, Captains and staff. Follow applicable law and 7as7 rules even where an item prohibited here may be legal elsewhere.
Not allowed on 7as7
- Alcoholic drinks, pork and pork-derived products, illicit drugs/intoxicants, tobacco and vaping products.
- Gambling, betting, lotteries and services promoting them.
- Pornography, sexually explicit imagery, sexual services, exploitation and human trafficking. Sexual content involving children is strictly prohibited.
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives, illegal weapons, dangerous substances and goods prohibited by law.
- Stolen/counterfeit goods, forged documents, account or personal-data sales, scams, phishing, deceptive claims, threats, harassment and hate speech.
Checks, enforcement and appeals
Listings that pass enabled automated checks can publish without waiting for manual approval. Suspicious or uncertain results go to human review. During a scanner outage a listing may remain pending. Edits can trigger new checks. No system detects every prohibited item or fraud attempt.
We may pause/remove a listing from the marketplace or restrict/suspend an account for violations. A report or automated flag is not proof of wrongdoing. Staff decisions are logged; appeal through support with the listing/report number. Verification or a paid plan does not exempt anyone from these rules or guarantee a seller's honesty.
Report a listing/account and block abusive users. Never share passwords or verification codes, or send money outside the agreed order process. Cash on delivery is not a fraud guarantee. For immediate danger contact local emergency services; 7as7 is not an emergency service.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 7as7 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
4. Buying and Selling
7as7 acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of 7as7 or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

9. South Sudan cash-on-delivery launch
The initial launch uses a controlled cash process designed to keep the customer, Captain and merchant records consistent.
- The customer pays the exact full order total in SSP or USD. Partial payment and currency conversion are not supported.
- Delivery fee and marketplace commission are zero during the controlled launch. A future fee requires a clearly displayed policy before checkout.
- The customer may reject the order before accepting it and before cash collection. No collection may be recorded for a failed or rejected delivery.
- A return, refund request or dispute after collection freezes settlement for Support and finance review. Staff cannot edit, write off or silently correct the cash ledger.
- Cash changes custody only after the exact named recipient confirms physical receipt. Merchant settlement is complete only after the merchant confirms receipt.
